What is Booking Angel?
Booking Angel increases your restaurant's exposure on the Internet. When your customers want to make a
booking on the Internet, Booking Angel, using our unique patented technology will phone you instantly
with the booking information. Your customer is impressed because they get their booking confirmed quickly
and you get access to thousands of potential diners on the Internet without you having to use a computer. We
are the link between the Internet and your telephone.
How do the costs compare?
You only pay for the bookings you receive. Booking start from as little as $1 for booking made at your own
website. For bookings we source through our partner network you pay a little more depending on where the customer
comes from but you only pay for the bookings you accept and turn up so its still the best form of advertising for
your restaurant.
How does it work?
We source the bookings. Deliver them to your restaurant through your phone. You hit 1 to accept or 2 to reject the
booking using the buttons on your phone. The booking is confirmed with your customer instantly. No computers needed.
What happens if you miss the call?
If there is no answer or engaged it will keep trying. If there is an answering machine it will leave upto 3 messages
for each booking. When you get this message you call back into our voicemail service. In Australia the number is

Where do the bookings come from?
The bookings come from our partner sites and if you set Booking Angel up on your own site they can also come from
there. Our network of sites is growing every week. So by setting up with us you are constantly growing your restaurants
exposure without any effort.
What if we don't take online bookings?
These are not Online Bookings they are phoned through to you. Most restaurants don't take online bookings because
answering emails or faxes has caused problems in the past. With Booking Angel you don't have to answer any emails
or faxes. They are all just automatically phoned through to you and you press 1 to accept or 2 to reject. Its that easy.

What happens if the customer doesn't show up?
You let us know by logging on to your personal restaurant page on the Internet. You are not charged if somebody no shows
as long as you let us know within 3 days of the booking. We then contact the customer who no showed to verify that they
didn't actually turn up. Best of all if an individual no shows in any 3 of our restaurants in a 12 month period they are
no longer allowed to use the service at any of our restaurants.
Am I committed to a contract?
No there are no time obligations you can cancel at any time. There are no ongoing monthly fees you just pay for the
bookings you receive.

Can you set up an account and pay by cheque?
No we do not accept cheque payments. You can pay by credit card or in Australia direct debit out of your nominated bank account
as well. The cost of setting up and maintaining an accounts department to chase restaurants is too expensive and would mean we would
have to charge much more for each booking or a monthly fee.
